Project Overview
Edbition LMS is a next-generation learning platform designed for both school-going children and working professionals. The client approached Resolute Solutions to build an MVP from scratch, incorporating subscription management for parents and corporate teams, a flexible course system, and an AI-powered portfolio evaluator.
The goal? To empower learners to upskill through structured courses—and to assess their learning through intelligent feedback mechanisms powered by AI.

Goals & Objectives
The client’s primary aim was to launch a modern, AI-integrated learning platform catering to both students and professionals. Key objectives included:
- Turn Designs into Reality: Translate the provided Figma designs into a fully functional, responsive web application.
- Support Multiple User Types: Build intuitive dashboards for different user roles: Parents to manage their children’s learning , Company Admins to oversee employee upskilling , Students/Employees as the primary users.
- Subscription-Based Access: Implement a scalable subscription model, enabling both parents and companies to manage multiple learners under a single account.
- AI Integration for Portfolio Evaluation: Develop a system that allows learners to submit project portfolios and receive AI-generated feedback, scores, and suggestions—automating the evaluation process.
- Deploy on Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: Host the entire platform on AWS for performance, reliability, and ease of future scaling.
Our Solution
To meet these goals, Resolute Solutions built a full-featured web application using the MERN stack with TypeScript and integrated OpenAI for AI capabilities. The solution was tailored for a seamless learning experience across all user types.
Key Features Delivered
- Full-Stack Web Development: Delivered a responsive, scalable front end in ReactJS with TypeScript and a secure backend using Node.js and MongoDB.
- Multi-Role User System: Student/Employee Panel to access courses, take quizzes, and submit final portfolios , Parent/Company Admin Panel to manage subscriptions, monitor progress, and assign learning paths.
- AI Portfolio Review System: Integrated OpenAI’s API to assess submitted portfolios, offering detailed suggestions and scores automatically—eliminating the need for manual review.
- Subscription Management: Enabled tiered subscription plans for both families and businesses, allowing easy onboarding of multiple learners.
- Cloud Deployment: Deployed the complete platform on AWS with best practices in security, CI/CD, and scalability.
